You must, as soon as possible after such notification by Podiatry HQ, elect to either:

  2. receive a refund of all monies paid to Podiatry HQ for the affected products or services.

Failure to notify Podiatry HQ of your election within a reasonable time frame will be taken as an acceptance of Podiatry HQ's proposed alternate products, services or arrangements.
